Chicken spaghetti

My latest creation very tasty and innovative dish.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1 packet spaghetti
    • 1/2 kg Chicken(boil and claut the meat from the bones)
    • 1 onion
    • 5 tbsp oil
    • 4 tbsp chillie sauce
    • 4 tbsp soya sauce
    • 4 tbsp white vineger
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp chillie flakes
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 chicken cube
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 eggs(beat and add 1/4 tsp zarday ka rung or food color)
    • mix vegetables(carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, spring onions,boil pease)
    • 1/2 tsp white pepper
    • 1/2 cup tomatoes puree
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/2 tsp chinese salt (MSG)
    • 1/2 tsp normal salt
    • 1/4 zarday ka rung(food colour)


    1. Fill a large pot with water and add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil.
    2. When it boils put the spaghetti and stir it around, stir occasionally so the pasta doesn't stick to itself. When the pasta is done, remove the pot from the burner immediately and carefully pour the contents into a colander in the sink.
    3. shake any excess water free over the sink, and lay the cold water on it.
    4. use a tsp olive oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.
    5. now heat oil in a pan and put chicken carrots and garlic onion and fry 1-2 minutes.
    6. put tomato puree, ketchup sauces chicken cube and all spices.
    7. cook it when oil take leave the sides and mix it well then add vegetables and cook 2 minutes.
    8. now add spaghetti in the mixture, up and down to it very well.
    9. add pieces of fry eggs, butter and give a dum for 10 minutes.
    10. now it is ready to serve.
