Chatpatti macchi

this recipe has been created by me i keep cooking with this recipe and me and my family like it alot, so i m sure u all are going to like it.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 k.g white fish.
    • 4 tbs lemon juice
    • 2 tbs chillie sauce
    • 2 tbs rose water (kewra)
    • 1 tsp black corns (powder)
    • 1/2 tsp white paper
    • 4-5 green chillie paste
    • 1 tbs garlice paste
    • 1/2 tsp carom powder
    • 1/2 tsp mustared paste/powder
    • 1 tsp red chillie powder
    • 1 tsp coriender powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/2 tsp hot spices (garam masala)
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


    1. Sprinkle salt and besan flour on fish and keep aside for 1 hour just for erasing its smell.
    2. now wash it properly untill all salt and baisen will be wash out.
    3. take a bowl and include fish peices with each and every spices.
    4. shallow fry it in oil or ghee.
