Sindhi Dal kachori

it is sabzi not snacks.

Nice tasty sindhi sabzi serve with phulaka.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    FOR KACHORI
    • 3 potatoes boiled
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 4-5 mint leaves
    • 50 gm coriander leaves
    • 2 tbsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 cup gram flour
    • salt as to taste
    • water as per requirement
    FOR DAL
    • oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 5-6 curry leaves
    • 6 garlic cloves chopped
    • 5 green chillies chopped
    • 1 big tomato chopped
    • 2 cup oiled bengal gram dal
    • water as per requirment
    • salt as to taste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 3 tbsp coriander powder
    • 2 tbsp garam masala powder

    Directions

    FOR KACHORI

    1. Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, add water make better in medium consistency.put a side.

    2. Take a bowl add potatoes mash them add all above ingredients. make tikki with this mixer dip in better and fry golden brown.
    FOR DAL
    1. Take a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves,chopped garlic , green chillies and chopped tomatoes.add whole boiled bengal gram dal add water.
    2. add salt, turmeric, coriander,garam masala powder,mix well. gas off
    3. Then take a serving bowl pour dal, add kachori, add geen chillies and coriander chutney(2 tbsp) and tamarind chutney(3 tbsp)
    4. then garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
