Chiken Biryani

when u boil the rice add few drop of lemon juice and oil so rice become white and nice.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 500 gm chiken
    • 3 onion paste
    • 2 tomato paste
    • oil
    • 7chopped green chilies
    • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 cup curd
    • 1 bowl birasta ( fried onions)
    • 1 bowl chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 2 tbsp coriander powder
    • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • salt as to taste
    • 3 cloves
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 2 cinemon pieces
    • 1 cup milk wth saffron(dilute saffron properlly)

    Directions

    1. First take a pressure cooker add oil,cloves, bay leaf,cinemon,black paper and add onion paste saute them,brown colours are appear then add ginger garlic paste add tomato paste, chopped green chillies.saute them.
    2. Add all spices, after add chiken pieces and coriander leaves  mix well.add salt and close the lid.
    3. ring the 3-4 whistle. after whisteling open lid.
    4. half birasta mix with curd and add in cooker mix properlly.
    5. take a per boil basmati rice.
    6. take a vessel first  pour rice layer, second pour chiken layer then third layer pour a rice
    7. garnish with birasta, tomato slices(round cut)  and coriander leaves.
    8. At last add saffron with milk
    9. close the lid. seal the lid with dough.
    10. cook in slow flame with 10 minutes.
    11. serve with onion raita.

    Assalamoalaykum Salma u can use 3 cup rice. it taste good with simple onion raita makes with curd,sliced onions, cumin seeds powder,salt and chopped coriander leaves i hope u like it plz comments

    Hi Salma. I don't know about onion raita but i know a raita that tastes gr8 with biryani. i am a veggie but usually make this raita with ver biryani. make the raita with chopped onions, green chillies(as per ur taste), tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot and finally add curd. while serving the raita, add salt otherwise curd with leave water. thanx. hope u will like it. pls comment.

    good wirk dear mariya but u didnt mentin the quantity of rice can u tell me about it? and 2nd thing is that would u like to share how can we make the onion raita coz in pakistan we only make raita with yogurt mint and coriander leaves and lil bit garlic cloves.
