A fantastic snack to freak out with

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup sooji (rawa/farina)
    • 1 cup curd
    • 1 tsp fruit salt
    • 2 onions
    • 1 capsicum
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 tsp coriander
    • Tomato sauce

     

    Directions

    1. Mix suji, curd and eno and make a smooth batter
    2. Then prepare idli
    3. When the idli's are prepared then cut into small pieces.
    4. Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds then add onions and capsicum
    5. let them become soft add salt and red chilly
    6. Now add idli pieces then serve after garnishing with coriander and tomato sauce.
