Crisp fried ladyfinger in a satony gravy

Give a new twist to ladyfinger and enjoy the difference !!!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 plate sliced ladyfinger(Diagonally sliced)
    • 2 onions
    • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    • 1/2 cup fresh curd
    • 1/2 tsp mace powder
    • 1/2 tsp green cardammom powder
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. In a Kadhai of Oil,Fry the sliced ladyfinger and keep aside till it cools
    2. Boil the onions for 20-25 minutes and allow it to cool.Then make a fine paste.
    3. In heated oil,add the ginger-garlic paste.Then add the boiled onion paste.
    4. Saute well.Then add the curd to the gravy and let it cook.
    5. When the gravy is well cooked,add mace powder and green cardammom powder.
    6. Add salt to taste
    7. While serving the gravy,add the crisp fried Ladyfinger on top and mix well.
