Rasam Powder

Spice mix for Rasam

Rasam is a thin broth that can be drunk as soup or eaten with rice. It is rather spicy and makes a nice hot drink with a warm sensation from the spices.

Ingredients vegetarian 8 servings

  • 1 cup Coriander Seeds
  • ½ cup Cumin Seeds
  • ½ cup Black Pepper, whole

Directions

  1. Powder the fried stuff in a grinder to a fine powder.

You can store this powder mix in normal temperature for 3-4 months without losing its freshness.

yes it shud hv some red chllies & heeng to add a complete taste to dish.

in rasam powder should add red chillis,curryleaves,heeng then the receipe will complete.ur ingredients are not enough for rasam
