Walnut & Carrot Spread

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Walnut
    • 1 boiled Carrot
    • 2 tsp Lemon juice
    • 1 tblsp Cilantro (coriander leaves)
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes

    Directions

    1. In a food processor, grind Walnut, Carrot & Cilantro to a smooth paste by adding little water.
    2. Remove to a serving bowl. Add Lemon juice, Salt & Chilli flakes.
    3. Mix well & serve on toast.
