Sabudana Idli

Idli made from Sago/Tapioca

Sago is good for health as it cools the body heat. Try this idli..its little sticky but yummy. Just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup Sago
    • 2 cups Idli Rava
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 cups Sour curd

    Directions

    1. Soak Sago & Rava in sour Curd with required Salt overnite.
    2. Grease the idli molds with little Oil. Mix the batter well & make idli. Steam idli for 8-10 mins.
    3. Serve hot with Ghee & Coconut chutney or Chutney powder.

    Hi Mayask...it is a type of rava which is slightly thicker than suji/coarse suji. You can find this in indian grocery stores as "idli rava" itself.
