Lauki raita

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1/2 tbsp ghee
    • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
    • salt as to taste
    • 100gm lauki chopped (in medium size)
    • 1 tbsp cumin seeds & 2 whole red chilies
    • 20 gm mint leaves finely chopped
    • 150 gm curd + 3 tbsp sugar
    • 4 tbsp water

    Directions

    1. take a pan add ghee, cumin seeds crackels are appear .
    2. then add lauki, water, salt.
    3. close the lid cook in slow gas.
    4. after lauki is cooked remove in bowl & cool in to room temprature.
    5. then add curd with sugar, salt.
    6. cumin seeds & red chilies powder (roasted cumin seeds & whole redchilies in oil then crushed & make a powder).
    7. add mint leaves chopped
    8. garnish with cumin seeds & red chili powder.
    9. server chilled.
