Quick Beans

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • ½ kg boiled beans
    • 1-2 tomatoes
    • ½ tsp mustard seeds
    • Few curry leaves
    • 1-2 green chilies
    • 1 tsp red chilies
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2-3 tbsp oil

    Directions

    1. Take oil in kadai add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies.
    2. Now add boiled beans, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilies, and coriander powder.
    3. Stir well close lid and let it cook till tomatoes get soft, serve hot with chapattis.
