When the seeds turn light brown, add Green chillies & Curry leaves. Fry for few secs.
Add Mango pieces, fry for 30 secs, add 1 cup Water & boil till the pieces are soft.
Add boiled Moong dal & mix well. Boil for a minute. The gravy thickens a bit.
Add remaining water, Coconut & Salt. Boil till it is of Semi-liquid consistency. Turn off the heat, add Cilantro & Lemon juice. Mix well, cover for 10 mins. Serve hot with steamed Rice or Chapati.
Note: Adjust the consistency to your requirement. If the Mango is too sour, reduce Lemon juice.
