Egg baji

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • 4 eggs boiled
    • 1 onions finely cut
    • 2 green chillies finely cut
    • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
    • ½ tsp garam masala
    • 5 tbsp all purpose flour
    • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
    • coriander leaves to garnish
    • salt to taste
    • oil to fry

     

    Directions

    1. Remove the shell of the eggs and cut it into 2 equal halves
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
    3. add onions and saute till brown.then add green chillies and ginger garlic paste.saute well.
    4. now add garam masala to it.
    5. remove the egg yolks from the eggs and mix this with the onions.
    6. now fill this mixture into the place of egg yolks
    7. now prepare a thick batter with flour,little salt and turmeric powder.
    8. dip the eggs into this batter and deep fry till golden brown.
