Healthy Blend of Orange and Oats

This delicious drink is a blend of Orange juice, Soymilk and Oats, which is no doubt, nutritious .

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • No sugar added Orange juice - 3 cups
    • Soy milk - 3 cups
    • Oats - 2 tbsp(soaked for 20 mins in Soy milk)
    • sugar - 2 tbsp (optional)
    • green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

    Directions

    1. Blend the Soy Milk and Oats for a minute .
    2. Add sugar and green cardamom powder .Blend for a minute.
    3. Then add orange juice and blend for a minute.
    4. Refrigerate for 20 mins and serve chilled.
