this is a rich coconut kheer made without cooking on fire.so easy!!it's so creamy by itself and so rich that it makes u want for more even when your stomach is full.your guests will rave about this.....

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • kernels of 2 tender coconuts
    • 1/2 cup water of tender coconut
    • 2 tbls condensed milk
    • 1 1/2 tsp elachi powder
    • 4 tsps thick coconut milk

    Directions

    1. Make a smoothie out of kernels adding the water little by little.
    2. Add in the condensed milk, elachi powder and the coconut milk and blend again in the mixer.
    3. Serve chilled.

    it turned out very good without sugar(i used low fat milk only) and voted as good.suited for elders on who are on diet.

    hi Christy, i deliberately did not add sugar because there's enough sweetness in the tender coconut and condensed milk also adds to it, but u may add it if required....but too much of condensed milk will spoil the flavour.watch it.

    Hi, Sneha.Sounds interesting. Payasam without sugar.This one will taste good even without sugar.I will try this for Easter.Tender coconut and water is good for all.
