Veg. masala corn

masala corn with vegetables

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup fresh corn
    • ½ tsp red chilly powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • salt according to taste
    • 2-3 onions (paste)
    • 2 tomatoes (paste)
    • 2-3 tsp vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup capsicum
    • 1/2 cup carrot
    • 2-3 tsp mix dry fruits
    • coriander for garnish


    1. Take a frying pan add 2-3 tsp of vegetable oil
    2. add onion paste (2-3 onions)
    3. then add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste allow it to be golden
    4. add salt accordin to taste
    5. add half tsp red chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala mix it properly then add tomato paste (2 tomatoes)
    6. add 2-3 tsp of chopped capsicum n carrot
    7. also add half cup of water and cover it and allow it to steam for 3-4 minutes
    8. then add fresh corn soked in water (remove water from it) allow a single boil to come
    9. garnish it with coriander n mixed dry fruits
    10. serve it with bread it can also be served with chapati or roti.
