Cauliflower Keema Stir-fry.

This minced mutton with Cauliflower Stir-fry can be taken with Rice or chapathis.Add your comments after trying.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • Cauliflower florets - (cleaned and cooked with salt for 5-7 minsand drained in cold water)
    •  2 cups minced mutton or keema-(cooked for 15-18 mins , with salt- 1 tsp,turmeric powder -
    • 1/2tsp,fennel sedds powder - 1 tsp, chillipowder - 2 tsp with needed water)
    • onion - 2 no.s (finely chopped)
    • curry leaves - a sprig
    • chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
    • green chillies - 3 no.s(ground with 1 tsp fennel seeds)
    • grated cocunut - 1 cup
    • refined oil - 2 tbsp

    Directions

    1. Take a kadai and heat the refined oil . put the onions, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies paste , cooked keema , cooked cauliflower and needed salt one by one for 3-4 mins .
    2. Add the grated coconut and turn off the flame when the stir-fry becomes dry.
    3. Garnish with chopped onions and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
