Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
Add the fenugreek seeds and fry for a minute.
Then add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoes ,chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins .
pour in 2 cups of water and boil it for 3 mins. now add the fish , curry leaves and salt and cook for 10 minutes or till done.Stir the yoghurt and add to the boiled fish and cook for 3 mins.
