Heat oil in a pressure pan and pour oil then put brinji leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves , fennel seeds, curry leaves, onion paste, chopped coriander leaves and saute well.
After 5 minutes, add ginger paste, then garlic paste and then green chilli paste and saute well.
Put the chicken pieces and turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the freshly prepared cocunut milk and needed salt . close the lid of the pressure pan and cook till done (upto 5 whistle).
You can have this green chicken masala with rice and chapathi.
