Absulatly new recipe for chakali lovers

This recipe is totally different from a traditional chakali recipe.


  • 2 cup rice flour
  • 1 big potato(boiled & smashed)
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chilly paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  1. In one large bowl,take rice flour,add smashed potato, 2-3tsp curd.
  2. Now add 1 tsp oil,salt,turmeric,green chilly paste,garam masala & ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.with the help of curd make a soft dough of it(use only curd, do not use water for making the dough )
  4. Using the chakali maker make chakali of the dought & dip fry them in a oil.(keep oil on medium heat)
  5. Taste these crispy chakali,simply delicious.
