Avocado smash

A milk shake with Avocado and apple

A relishing drink that can be given to kids. They simply love it !!!

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 Avocado
    • 1/2 Apple
    • 1 cup Milk (boiled and cooled)
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • 4 tbsp Sugar
    • 3 drops Vanilla essence
    • Apple and avocado wedges –for garnishing
    • Ice – if needed

    Directions

    1. Peel, de-seed and cut apples.
    2. Put avocado and apple pieces in the blender with milk and water.
    3. Put the sugar into it.
    4. Blend this till the pieces are blended fully and froth comes up.
    5. Open the blender and put three drops of vanilla essence into it. Blend again.
    6. Pour it into a juice glass and put the froth on the top and garnish with avocado and apple wedges
