Spicy chicken preparation in a white sauce

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 200 g Chicken(Boneless)
    • 1 tsp Onion paste
    • 1 tsp Garlic paste 
    • 1 tsp Ginger paste
    • 2 tsp KhusKhus  
    • A pinch of dalchini powder
    • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1 Tomato cut into slices
    • Coriander leaves
    • Fresh Cream 2 tsp 
    • 1 tsp Paste of dhania and red chilli paste
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • Crushed black pepper for garnishing
    • Salt
    • Oil


    1. Make small pieces of the chicken. Marinate it with garlic paste,ginger paste, dhania red chilli paste.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, put the onion paste and fry until golden brown.
    3. Once it turns brown,add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-10 mins. To this add the khuskhus paste, water, salt, dalchini powder, cardamom powder, tomato slices, coriander leaves and fresh cream.
    4. Cook for 5-6 mins and finally garnish with crushed black pepper.
