Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

• 1 large cup (coffee mug) Sugar
• 5 heaped tsp of instant coffee powder ( strong coffee - no chicory mix)
• vanila essence ( a few drops - optional)
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
• 1 large cup (coffee mug) water.
• 1 - 2 Bottles of plain drinking soda (ice-cream soda will also do)

Directions

1. In a saucepan heat the water and add the coffee powder, boil it for 3-4 mins
2. Add the sugar and boil till the concoction becomes a little thick and syrupy (don't make it too thick like "chasni")
3. Cool the concoction and add a few drops of vanila essence, mix well 
4. You can bottle up the concoction and store it in refridgerator.
5. While serving take a beer mug, add 1 part of the coffee concoction and add 3 parts of plain or ice-cream soda to it.
6. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder over the same and serve chilled with ice or top it with vanilla ice-cream

Hi Falguni ! Plan drinking soda is also known as club soda. You can get them in any cool drink shop.
