Khatte Aloo ki Sabzi

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 Boiled diced Potatoes
    • 1 tsp. of Cumin / zeera
    • 1 tsp Haldi/turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp Anaardana & Amchoor (dry Mango powder)

    Directions

    1. Heat Oil in non stick pan and add cumin seeds to splutter.
    2. Now add all dry spices and mix gently.
    3. Add boiled diced Potatoes
    4. Turn down heat to low and add 1 cup water
    5. Slide down the lid on to it.
    6. Serve hot with Puri, Paranthas
