Potato boats

a very delcious and a healthy recipe . all will enjoy eating it for sure

Ingredients vegetarian 10 servings


    • 4-5 boiled potatoes
    • ½ cup Roasted peanuts
    • ½ cup Mint chutney
    • 1 cup Corn
    • 1 cup cottage cheese
    • 1 cup sprouts
    • 1 cup boiled peas
    • salt to taste
    • 2-3 chopped green chillies
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 2 tsp chaat masala
    • 3 tsp chopped fresdh coriander leaves
    • 1 cup fresh  pomegrante seeds
    • ½ cup fresh grated coconut
    • oil - for deep frying
    • chopped fresh coconut -1/2 cup
    • lemon juice - 3 to 4 tsp

    Directions

    1. Take a pan heat oil and  deep fry d boiled potatoes
    2. Sliced potatoes into two pieces and scoop out the potatoes. Keep the potatoes aside
    3. In a bowl add corns , grated cottage cheese , sprouts , peas , roasted peanuts, pomegranate seeds . chopped green chillies , coriander leaves, grated coconut .
    4. Now add mint chutney, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and lemon juice and mix well
    5. Now add this mixture in the scooped potatoes and garnish it with coconut slices
    6. Your potato boats are ready 2 be served
    7. Enjoy your meal of boats
