hi rupa, well for the besan it really depends on how much ingredeients you added , i use 1 large scoop of serving spoon then make it well, the idea is to add it slowly when you see its being smooth thats when you should stop meaning it shouldnt be thick. just add water until it gets smooth even if you added more besan.any other question please ask.

    rupa

    rupa

Hi kamini, im not really sure how much besan to add can u pls specify for amateur cooks like us...thanx waitin for ur reply.

hey komal, sweetie its not really nesscary but its just the fact of taste however you like ,mostly people use it for that puffy look for the pakoras but we dont needed here cause we are using yougurt already. so let it be natural.

    komal

hi kamini i am komal and i find it really inviting your recipe of punjabi pakoras... but a question is it that u've forgotton half tsp. of baking soda or it is exactly like what is written....looking foward for other punjabi dishes..kiss..thanks..

    kamani

For Tapas: Im sorry but in punjabi pakoras there is no need of chinese touch , but hey everyone is different and if thats the way you like it,then next time i will try it myself, thank you!

    Tapas

Adding 1/2 tsf of soya sauce and 1/2 tsf of white pepper powder to the batter would be nicer.
