500 g. wheat flour (maida)
250 g. cud
6 pcs. of milk bread
1/4 tsp soda bicarb
1/4 tsp black cumin
cooking oil for frying
salt to taste
water if needed
Take wheat flour (maida) in a pot, add soda bicarb and salt to it and mix well.
Add 2 table spoon of cooking oil to it and mix well.
Smash milk bread with hands and add it with black cumin to the flour.
Add cud and make dough, add water if necessary. Keep the dough with cover for 3-4 hours.
Make small ball and make chapati.
Deep fry with cooking oil.
Serve hot with chana masala curry .
