Vegetarian alternative to chili chicken

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 30pcs soy chunks (nutrelas)
    • 2 onions
    • ginger, garlic (paste)
    • blackpeeper, red chilli (according to taste)
    • 1 capsicum
    • 2 tbsp besan
    • soya sauce
    • salt (according to taste)

    Directions

    • Dip the nutreelas in boiled water for ten minutes
    • After dipping add ginger garlic paste
    • Place it in bowl and marinate it with besan and chiili, black pepper stir well
    • Keep it in refrigerator for 15mins
    • After that deep fry them
    • In a fry pan add some oil and fry onion and capsicum
    • Mix it with nutreelas
    • Add soya sauce and salt
    • It is ready to serve

    yesssss i tried it i my children liked it only thing i added was thai sauce while using soya sauce and it was too tasty

    hi i m new to this site..n this is the first recipe i tried frm it..n see i m the first one to comment on ur recipe..wel veena ur recipe was really a gud one.. my husband n i liked it a lot..the only modification i did was i added a bit salt in besan too....recipe was vry yummy n less time taking..
