with few ingredients and few minutes in your microwave your yummy pudding is ready...

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 tin condensed milk
    • 1 tbsp curds/youghurt
    • little more than 1 tbsp ghee

    Directions

    1. In a microwave bowl add all ingredients, mix well and cook in microwave for 3 mins on high.
    2. When done remove the bowl (handle with care), mixture will be boiling, beat well with spoon.
    3. Again place the mixture in microwave and cook for another 2 minutes.
    4. When done take the bowl out , mix it well. The mixture looks separated. Mix well till light cream colour comes.
    5. Place the bowl for the final 2 mins to cook further.
    6. Allow the mixture to cool and when cooled the mixture will thicken
    7. good to eat when chilled.
    8. Try it and let me know if you like it. If any variations done do update me...gud luck

hey your recipe was absoulutely a "hit"! last week we had a party and and we decided t0 serve this and what a surprise!!! it turned out pretty well! bt can't we use something else instead of condensed milk???

Please people should learn how to use a Micro Oven first as it has varieties of convection and grill mixes along with temperatures to be controlled, andthen start cooking in it. If not then lots of cooking mess is bound to happen. Thanks. Paul.

hi ashish..sorry for that disaster but i really feel u shud try it out again with the percentage on the microwave lower...mine is a 1000 watt microwave and the preparation was a success...check out how many watts is ur microwave nd if really powerful then reduce the percentage to 80 or 90 % ..it shud work as it is for my other frnds...
