Chicken and veg cutlus

combination of chicken and different vegitables enhance the taste.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup boiled chicken (boneless)
    • 1 big potato boiled
    • 1 carrot boiled
    • 1/2 cup green peas boiled
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 green chili
    • 1/4 part of onion sliced
    • 2 eggs
    • oil

    Directions

    1. Mash chicken, potato and carrot seperatly
    2. In a bowl add chicken, potato, carrots, peas and mix them well peas should remain whole
    3. When mixed add salt, pepper, adjust to your taste
    4. now add finely chopped green chili and onion slices mix softly
    5. Now make cutlus, dip in beated egg and fry in non-sticky pan with little oil
    6. Put on absorbing paper
    7. Serve with coriander chatny
