Chicken seekh kabab

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 full boneless chicken piece
    • 2 medium size potatoes (boiled)
    • 1 finely chopped carrot
    • 1 medium sized finely chopped capsicum
    • 1 small onion sliced
    • 1 tbsp cornflour powder
    • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 2 chopped green chillies
    • hot sauce
    • ketchup / sweet sauce
    • 1- 2 tsp vinegar
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 2-3 beaten eggs

    Directions

    1. Boil potatoes and chicken.
    2. Mash the potaoes and add in it shredded chicken, chopped carrots, onions, and capsicum.
    3. Further add in it cornflour powder, all sauces as per taste, chopped green chillies, vinegar, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp bredcrumbs.
    4. Mix this mixture and roll into seekh kabab shapes, thin long and round.
    5. Now coat each of the seekh into leaft over breadcrumbs and later dip into beaten eggs.
    6. Now shallow fry them on a hot nonstick tava till all sides are golden brown.
    7. Serve hot with onion rings, fresh lime slices and mint chutney.
