Parsley and Coriander Chutney

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 200g Parsley Leaves
    • 200g Coriander Leaves
    • 1 tbsp  Onion paste
    • ¾ tsp Garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind juice
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • ½ tsp Ajinamoto
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Wash the Parsley Leaves and Coriander Leaves properly and de-stem it.
    2. Put the Parsley Leaves and Coriander Leaves in a mixer grinder. Add Onion paste, Garlic paste, Tamarind juice, Lemon juice, ajinamoto and salt to it.
    3. Grind it to a soft paste. If the leaves does not mix properly add some water to it.
    4. Store the mixture in refrigerator
    5. Serve it with fried snack or it can be also served with steamed rice.
