1 cup basmati rice
1/2 cup coriander and green chilli paste
2 cinammon sticks
2 bay leaves
Wash the rice and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
In the mean time grind coriander and chillies .into a fine paste
Heat oil in a pan and put cinammon and bay leaves,then put the coriander/chilli paste and saute it till it turns greenish black.
Now put the washed rice and again saute for 2-3 mins.
Add water and salt to taste and cook for arnd 15-20 mins
Serve hot with yoghurt.
