Fried Chicken with Chutney

Crispy Fried Chicken

It has a very high nutritious value. Chicken is the best source of lean protien.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    1 Kg Chicken(pieces)

    FOR MARINADE:

    • 1 tsp Ginger
    • 1 tsp garlic
    • 1/2 tsp black cardamoms
    • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp cornflour
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 egg ( only white part without yolk)
    • 1 tsp maida
    • saffron colour- a pinch

    FOR CHUTNEY:

    • 3 tbsp Curd
    • 1 tsp green chillies(paste)
    • 1 tsp green coriander leaves(paste)
    • 1 tsp salt

     

    Directions

    1. Mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Now marinate the chicken pieces with this paste for at least 1-2 hrs.
    2. Deep fry the chicken pieces or bake in the oven with little oil.
    3. Grind all ingredients for chutney together and serve with it.
