Peas and potato raita

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 cups yogurt
    • 2 big potato boiled
    • 1 cup boiled peas
    • 1 onion sliced
    • 1 big tomato chopped
    • 1 t.sp black pepper powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 green chillies chopped

    Directions

    1. Dice potatos in 1"
    2. Add salt and black pepper in yogurt and cream it
    3. Add all vegetables in yogurt and mix well
    4. Sprinkle few coriandar leaves to garnish
    5. Chill it and serve with rice

    this is my favourate raita .....u can put boil carrot also
