Mutton mushroom mughal

Shahi mutton mushroom masala nawabi style

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • ½ kg cleaned & minced meat (keema)
    • 1 cup onion (diced)
    • 2 tbsp green chillies
    • 3 tbsp coriander leaves
    • 2 tbsp ginger&garlic paste
    • 2 tbsp pure ghee
    • half cup badam & khaju paste
    • 2tbsp kismis[ dry grapes]
    • 1 cup mushroom[ finely chopped]
    • 3 tbsp finely chopped badam & kaju
    • 4 pinches of garam masala
    • 2 tbsp red powdered chilli
    • 1 tsp haldi
    • salt to taste

     

    Directions

    1. in a dry pan heat ghee, add garam masala, onion to it . when colour of the onion changes add ginger garlic paste to it .
    2. add minced mutton to the onion mixture, add green chillies, haldi, red chilli powder, salt and mushroom n cook in low flame.[NOTE:add little water so that the mutton gets well cooked]
    3. to the cooked masala of mutton , add badam&kaju paste and cook well.
    4. in another pan heat ghee a little and add kismis, finely chopped badam and kaju. fry it till it gives a rich golden colour.
    5. when the minced mutton masala is finely cooked add the fried kismis,  badam, and kaju.
    6. mouth watering minced mutton mushroom mughal is ready to serve.[ NOTE: garnish it with coriander leaves]
    7. this can be served with any mughal rice, roti's, nans etc.
