Pudina Paneer

A VERY TASTY,MOUTH WATERING AND A UNIQUE VARIETY OF PANEER.TRY AND ENJOY IT.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    1/2 bunch fresh pudina leaves-chopped or 1/4 cup dried pudina, 3 onions-sliced finely, 250 gms paneer, 1/4 tsp haldi(turmeric pd.), 3/4 tsp red chilli pd., 3/4 tsp garam masala, 2 tomato-chopped without pulp, salt to taste, and 4 tsp oil

    Directions

    1. Cut tomatoes into 4 big pieces.removing the pulp, chop into tiny pieces. keep pulp aside. 2. Cut paneer into 1/2"cubes. 3. Heat oil. Add onions and cook till light brown. add haldi, red chilli pd. and salt. Cook for 1/2 minute. 4. add tomato pulp and cook for 1-2 minutes till pulp is dry. 5. add the paneer and finely chopped pudina and tomato pieces. 6. add garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. serve hot.
