Sorry geeta, but this recipe is for Indian cooking "newbies" but you don't explain what
the ingredients are! How to clarify butter? I don't know what any of the ingredients are.
I love Indian food, esp. North Indian. I have several Sindhi friends from when I lived in
Singapore, just returned from Toronto where I visited my closest Indian friend and her
family. I ate dal like it was going out of style! Also idli and potato dosai,yum. But how to
make it all?
Please describe the ingredients in plainer english ok? Thanks.
