Peppery fish

Very simple and tasty shallow fried fish recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 16 fish fillet or 1"x3" tikka
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper corns
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • onion for salad
    • 2 Lemon
    • 1 tso chat masala
    • Oil to fry

     

     

     

    Directions

    1. Make cuts into fish fillet 
    2. Marinate fish with crushed pepper corns, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes
    3. Heat oil in a flat wok, and shallow fry 5- 6 minutes on medium fire.
    4. sprinkle little chaat masala
    5. Serve with onion rings and mint chutney or sour cream.
