Stuffed Egg Omelet

An excelent beakfast dish

Excellent omelet with a difference

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • 3 Eggs
    • ½ cup chopped onion
    • 1 chopped tomatos
    • ½ cup boiled green peas
    • 1 Chopped green chilly
    • 2 tbsp grated cheese
    • ½ cup chopped carrot
    • ½ cup chopped capsicum
    • ½ tsp chopped ginger
    • ½ tsp black pepper powder
    • ½ tsp garam masala powder
    • ½ tsp cumin seeds
    • salt
    • 2 tbsp oil/ butter
    • Chopped coriender leaves.

    Directions

    1. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil or butter when hot put cumin seeds, when thet crackle, add chopped tomatos and fry till translucent.
    2. Add all masala, salt and vegetables ecxept tomatos.
    3. Fry till they become soggy.
    4. add tomatos anf fry for a minutes.
    5. Add cheese amd mix well. Keep it aside.
    6. Now beat eggs with little salt and black pepper powder.
    7. Heat remaining oil /butter in flat pan.
    8. Pour egg and when set, fry from both the side.
    9. Spread onion- tomato mixture evenly on omelet, fold the omelet from both the side.
    10. Sprinkle little chopped coriender and serve hot with toast or paratha.
