Put kababs in a pan ,place them together and put 1 tsp of margarine in the center, place a piece of burning charcoal on it and with a tight fitting lid, so that smoke does not escape from the sides. When all the smoke is finished, remove the charcoal and serve, with chutneys of your choice.
You can make following chutney and dip baked kababs in it.
Mix all the ingredients and dip the baked kababs in it, place them on a greased tray and bake again for few minutes.
YOU CAN EVEN SPREAD THE SAME CHUTNEY ON FISH AND COVER IT WITH FOIL ROAST OR GRILL.
