Cauliflower egg delight

its like a side dish for chappathis and rice

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 Cauliflower
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • a pinch of Turmeric (Haldi)
    • 1 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped)
    • 5 Green chillies (chopped)
    • 4 tsp Spring Onions
    • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
    • 3 Eggs (beaten)
    • 2 Onions (chopped)

    Directions

    1. Boil cauliflower in salt water for 5 mins and drain the water.
    2. In a nonstick kadai, add 2 tbsp oil add the chopped onions and fry for 2 mins
    3. Add the chopped chillies, spring onions and fry well.
    4. Add the ginger garlic paste, fry well add haldi, a little salt and the boiled cauliflower florets, mix well.
    5. Pour in the beaten eggs and let it remain still till it sets.
    6. Lightly fold over to coat the florets add chopped coriander
    7. Serve hot

    Any Substitute for eggs? what can be used other then eggs? thanks,
