Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 carrot 
    • 250 g bottle gourd 
    • 250 g cauliflower (break flowers)
    • 1 capsicum
    • 1 potato(cut all veg into small pieces)
    • 1/2 cup peas
    • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
    • 250 g yogurt
    • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp cumin powder
    • 1 tbsp coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp mace and nutmeg powder
    • 2 tbsp ginger,garlic paste
    • ginger powder 2 pinches
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup oil

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a pot and fry ginger/garlic till golden.
    2. Add vegetables and chick peas and fry for 15 minutes.
    3. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low flame with lid on.
    4. When veg become tender, increase flame and fry till water dries.
    5. Serve hot.

    Easy and simple, Chopped onion along with ginger garlic would really enhance the taste and sprinkle some coriander leaves at the end looks very colourful. Very nice & tasty recipe
