Potato & kheema cutlet

This is a very easy recipe to fill your stomach at once..

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 6-7 big pototoes
    • 1/2 kg kheema (minced meat)
    • 2-3 tsp pepper
    • 1 egg
    • salt to taste
    • 1 medium onion
    • 2-3 green chillies
    • 1/2 tsp mirchi powder
    • 1 tsp ginger & garlic (finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. First peel the potatoes, slice them fry them in hot oil untill they get tender.
    2. Grind the potatoes to a coarse (smooth) dough and keep it a side to cool, then add black pepper & salt & mix it well.
    3. Heat oil & add onions, fry onions until light brown then add ginger garlic & then mirchi powder, salt, chopped chillies followed by it fry them for 2 min.
    4. Lastly add kheema & fry untill it is cooked. Make sure that the water in kheema should dry.
    5. Now make round balls of potatoes & fill kheema in it & coat with egg white & shallow fry in 2-3 tbsp oil in a non stick cookware so that it shouldn't stick.
    6. Serve it as appetizer or as a side dish.

    Is thr sumthng else we can add to the usual recepie? i too prepare the same waybt lukng fr a change
