Mirchi Ki Sabji

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 4-5 small green chillies 
    • 2 chopped capsicum
    • 1 brinjal
    • 2 potatoes
    • 1 cup cauliflower
    • 1 cup chopped spinach
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1 chopped onion(big)
    • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 2 tsp poppy seeds
    • 3 tsp broken coconut
    • 2 tsp garam masala
    • handful chopped coriander
    • 4 tsp oil
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp cumin & mustard seeds

    Directions

    1. Pressure cook all vegetables, including broken coconut & green chillies except onion & tomato. Once cooked do not remove excess water from it.
    2. Heat a pan with oil, add cumin mustard & poppy seeds once splutter add ginger-garlic paste & onion. fry it until turns to brown color. then add tomato & allow to cook it for 5 min.
    3. Now add garam masala powder, turmeric powder & salt.
    4. Then add all pressure cooked vegitables including water.
    5. Simmer it 10-12 min.
    6. Serve it with jawar or bajri roti.

    i liked this dish.its something different.bt brinjal is not a good option.
