Delicious dish called "Ringna no olo" in Gujarati.

This dish is my childhood favorite. It is my favorite coz it is my grandmom's recipe. It is a lip smacking dish, which reminds of home everytime I prepare it.

10/9/2008 12:38 AM by Minakshi The Bharta can also b made using grill, where eggplant can b cooked at 200 degree celcius for half an hour..followed by frying in oil with onion,tomato,chilly and garlic.
