Hi Jean! Yes you can use milk powder..or boil fresh milk on low heat till it changes colour and then add milk powder and rest of ingredients..All the best!

We can also use cashewnuts which will give kulfi its creaminess and thus is an alternative to using cream. But of course cream tastes betterJust need to make a paste of cashews in the blender with evaporated milk or condensed milk
