Hi everyone, 1. Urad daal should be without chilka. 2.Spreading Muslin cloth over the bowl and then keeping vadas make them moist before frying and they will will stick to each other. 3. Fried vadas should be put in salted water to get little moist before putting them in curd. This wil kep them fresh take them out of water before serving. Squeeze the water before adding curd. Thanks
