Green Coriander Idli

Idli made with spicy corianderleaves paste

by: christy gerald of Dubai, AE

This Coriander Idli can be taken alone, without chutney. Coriander leaves are said to be rich in Iron and good for digestion and general health. You can do Mint Idlis too(substituting mint leaves for coriander leaves).

You can try this Idli without sauting the coriander leaves and spices in oil but grind them together and then add this coriander paste to the Idli batter and mix well before doing Idlis.
