Anuradha and others are right - Dal and sugar are not mentioned in the list of ingredients, neither is the quantity or type of dal required. Also nowhere is it mentioned that the palak has to be ground to a paste. Perhaps Rachita is also right in what she is thinking, namely, Dal+Sugar; Shortform for Dalchini+Desi name for Sugar, Chini = Dal-Chini = Dalchini, Cinnamon. Is it what you mean? Hence, the question is, whether, we should, at all, use Dal and Sugar in your given recipe and doing what, add or don't add, will waste our labour, preparation and food materials. Sonu Chainani, publishing a recipe is giving new knowledge. If you make mistakes in communication, you happen to misguide us and become responsible for the waste of our food material. So, be careful! Well, coincidently, yours is the only Palak-Mutton recipe I came across on this website and thanks for that. Therefore, please resubmit it with due corrections, so that I can prepare, atleast something.
